Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming calls with a happy HELLO and accurately follow message delivery protocols established by our clients. Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing accurate and detailed information.
Professionally greet customers, establish their reason for calling, gather requested information and contact appropriate person to assist with their concern.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Providing exquisite service to our customers
Able to work 10-20 hours per week; this is NOT a full time position
Seeking additional team members to work any of the following: 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends and holidays
Answer inbound calls
Deliver messages accurately and efficiently
Follow client protocols without error
Utilize computer software program for messaging
Qualifications and Skills:
Amazing verbal communication skills.
Can you look someone in the eyes through the phone and make a caring connection?
Are you a good listener? Obtaining and accurately documenting details is essential.
Can you take charge of a conversation in a courteous way?
Are you a proficient typist? The provision of complete and accurate information is a requirement for these positions.
