Jill Weaver

CEO & Founder

Jill Weaver founded AnswerLinks in 2002 to help businesses in her hometown of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, succeed. As CEO, Jill oversees operations at AnswerLinks, a nationally recognized answering service known for fast answering times, transparent pricing, and accurate message intake. Jill is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, and has obtained minority business classifications from the Small Business Administration. Jill and her husband, Dave, currently reside in Montana, and they are the proud parents of Sam, Charlie, and Natalie. In addition, Jill serves on the Montana State University Ice Hockey Club's board of directors, volunteers at the Valley View Golf Club Bozeman, and is a big supporter of The Compassion Project Bozeman. An entrepreneur at heart and an outdoor enthusiast by nature, Jill enjoys skiing, snowboarding, figure skating, hiking, fly fishing, biking, and whitewater paddling when she's not working on her business.

Justin Strohm

Technology Officer

Justin joined AnswerLinks in September 2019. He serves as the Product and Technology Officer, and, in this role, he handles the software and programming for AnswerLinks. Because Justin has extensive experience in the answering services industry, he sometimes can supervise shifts, dispatch calls, and even serve as a receptionist when needed. However, what he enjoys most about working at AnswerLinks: is how everyone pitches in and how the team works so well together. In his spare time, Justin enjoys working on and building computers. He and his wife, Andrea, reside in Altoona, Pennsylvania, with their sons, Wesley and Spencer.

Breanna “Bre” Decriscio

Director of Client Relations

Bre began her career at AnswerLinks in 2013 as a receptionist. She now serves as Director of Client Relations. In addition to training new receptionists and coaching existing ones, Bre is also responsible for maintaining client accounts. She enjoys working at AnswerLinks because she appreciates being surrounded by a well-intentioned and friendly team of professionals. Bre currently resides in Roaring Springs, Pennsylvania, with her two children, Gracelyn and Graydon, and every night of the week, she runs them to and from their various sports programs. When she has some time to herself, she savors a cup of coffee on her porch.

Beverly “Bev” Robinson

Quality Assurance Officer

Beverly Robinson serves as the Quality Assurance Officer for AnswerLinks. Born and raised in Philadelphia and currently, a resident of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Bev is responsible for ensuring that all calls have been handled correctly and all messages relayed accurately. Or, as she likes to put it, she makes sure that not a single detail is lost in translation. Bev joined the AnswerLinks team in 2018 as a receptionist. Bev says she’s motivated to keep growing and learning because that allows her to help all the AnswerLinks receptionists learn and grow. In addition, Bev loves books, watching movies, and writing short stories and poetry in her spare time.

Ashley Brubaker

Scheduling Coordinator

Ashley Brubaker joined the AnswerLinks team in 2013. She served as a receptionist before accepting a position as a supervisor. A few years ago, Ashley was named Scheduling Coordinator; in this position, she forecasts data for optimal employee scheduling and coordinates on-call times in rotations across all AnswerLinks accounts. Ashley describes her job as the perfect fit for her, especially because she has an outgoing personality and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly for clients, receptionists, and the administrative team. Ashley resides in Altoona with her son, A’mere, and enjoys taking him to his karate classes. She can’t pass up a thrift store or yard sale.

Jill’s Furry Office Pal

Reggie, also known as “Reg” and “Reggilicious,” is an eight-year-old bearded collie. He’s super smart, super sweet, and hungry all the time. Reggie has a brother named Tocchet, named after Rick Tocchet of the Philadelphia Flyers. Keeping up with the hockey-themed names, Reggie got his from Reggie Dunlop—that’s Paul Newman’s character in the movie Slapshot. Reggie loves humans of all sizes and fellow dogs of all breeds. He enjoys hanging out at the AnswerLinks office and sleeping on his back with his legs up in the air and a smile on his face.

How We Got To Talking

It Started in 2002 With an Annoying Pager

Jill Weaver and her friend went on a camping trip. Jill's friend, a physician, was not on-call that weekend, but she was carrying a pager that kept going off. "This answering service makes me so mad!" the physician yelled as she tossed her pager into the lake. Upon returning home to Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, Jill launched AnswerLinks with the intention of creating a better answering service for physicians and other professionals. She secured her first few clients and spent many a night sleeping in the basement of her home, where she had set up shop.

2002

Jill sets up AnswerLinks into her garage and hires her first few employees.

2005

AnswerLinks moves to real office space in Hollidaysburg while Jill continues to write her own proprietary software.

2006

More clients equal more calls. More calls equal more employees. AnswerLinks’ volume doubles.

2008

The Hollidaysburg office space expands (by 800 square feet, to be exact).

2014

AnswerLinks obtains the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certification.

2015

Jill and her family move to Montana. AnswerLinks opens a second office in the city of Bozeman.

2019

Jill is selected for Goldman Sachs’s 10,000 Small Businesses program, at the end of which she earns a   professional MBA from Babson College.

2019

AnswerLinks receives the 2019 Blair County Business Hall of Fame Technology Award.

2020

The Covid-19 pandemic results in significant growth for AnswerLinks. Jill expands the team and sets up new systems and processes to allow AnswerLinks receptionists to work remotely.

2022

AnswerLinks launches its new website and celebrates its 20th anniversary.
