Supplemental Charges

  • $10.00 surcharge per nationally recognized holiday closure and non-holiday closure during regularly scheduled business hours
  • $10.00 per month Hello Portal Access Fee (on call scheduling, message log retrieval and storage)
  • $10.00 per month per user if utilizing HIPAA/Secure Texting via mobile app
    • All medical providers that currently receive text messages to their cell phones must subscribe to this option
  • $10.00 per extensive report request
  • $25.00 one-time on-boarding fee
  • $30.00 per month to administer on-call schedules if needed
  • $5.00 charge per on-call change at close of business

Standard Rates

  • $60.00 monthly recurring base rate charge
  • .99 per call inbound/outbound
  • .59 per transfer/patch
  • No per minute of agent talk time
  • No per minute fee for account maintenance
  • Unlimited Emails, Texts, Pages and Faxes at no additional cost


HELLO! On-Call

  • $50.00 per month
*$5 day-of on-call change fee
* Rates for more than 10 on-call staff at a time to be determined as to complexity of scheduling needs
