Supplemental Charges

  • $10.00 surcharge per nationally recognized holiday closure and non-holiday closure during regularly scheduled business hours
  • $10.00 per month Hello Portal Access Fee (on call scheduling, message log retrieval and storage)
  • $10.00 per month per user if utilizing HIPAA/Secure Texting via mobile app
    • All medical providers that currently receive text messages to their cell phones must subscribe to this option
  • $10.00 per extensive report request
  • $25.00 one-time on-boarding fee
  • $30.00 per month to administer on-call schedules if needed
  • $5.00 charge per on-call change at close of business

Standard Rates

  • $60.00 monthly recurring base rate charge
  • .99 per call inbound/outbound
  • .59 per transfer/patch
  • No per minute of agent talk time
  • No per minute fee for account maintenance
  • Unlimited Emails, Texts, Pages and Faxes at no additional cost

 

HELLO! On-Call Options

  • $30.00 per month 1-2 simultaneous on-call staff at a time
  • $40.00 per month 3-4 simultaneous on-call staff at a time
  • $50.00 per month 5-6 simultaneous on-call staff at a time
  • $60.00 per month 7-8 simultaneous on-call staff at a time
  • $70.00 per month 9-10 simultaneous on-call staff at a time

(rates for more than 10 on-call staff at a time to be determined as to complexity of scheduling needs)

 

 

We Hate To But ... a Necessary Evil

We can't practice our WOWism if we are programming schedules.. calling with on-call changes during rush hour only hurts you and your callers.. we do realize emergencies may arise on weekends and evenings.. we will delightfully make the change for you and do it with a smiling voice and a warm HELLO

  • $5.00 slap on the wrist fee for changing on-call at close of business even if you have a subscription to HELLO On-Call
